Guarantees and Warranties

In the unlikely event of a problem arising due to faulty material or poor workmanship, we promise to replace or repair any part, on any product, for free in the first year after purchase.

What is covered under the guarantee?

In the unlikely event of a functional failure of the goods not related to normal wear and tear usage, we promise to provide a repair service, without charge, up to a cost equal to the original purchase price paid for the product. If we deem that your product cannot be repaired (or is uneconomical to repair), we will replace it with the same product.

Should that specific product no longer be available from the manufacturer due to it being discontinued; we will provide an alternative product of equivalent specification to replace the faulty goods.

If your purchase has developed a problem due to faulty material or poor workmanship please email us and we will assist you in arranging authorisation for repair or replacement. All defects must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of the problem occurring.

Wherever possible, any replacement will be made of identical material. However, if no longer available, manufacturers reserve the right to substitute appropriately with a similar material or one of higher quality. Goods will only be replaced or repaired at your address at time of purchase. If you have moved, please email us for more information.

What is NOT covered under the guarantee?

  • Incorrect or faulty installation of the product
  • Use of the product for anything other than domestic use
  • If the goods have been delivered / exported outside of the UK
  • If the product has become excessively soiled or is in an unsanitary condition
  • Deliberate damage or misuse of the product, including the manufacturer’s instructions not being followed
  • Normal ageing or wear and tear including mattress settlement and “dipping”

  • If the mattress has been rolled or bent
  • Overloading the drawers in the divan and causing distortion of the base
