If your address is outside of our free national delivery area (shaded grey ), you must call or email us before ordering, as there may be a delivery charge for remote areas and Ireland - please contact us for details. Please do not place an order directly through the website if you are not in our red free delivery zone.
Your items will be delivered to your room of choice and left in the packaging ready for full self assembly. Unpacking / assembly of the items is normally chargeable and must be requested at point of sale.

All orders for divan beds, (double and larger) mattresses, bedroom furniture, guest beds, adjustable beds and most bed frames will be eligible for delivery by our specialist delivery partner who can offer the following:
We reserve the right to make single/small item deliveries (budget bed frames typically under £200 in value, single and vacuum packed mattresses, bed linen, etc) to the property threshold only using a one man courier service between 8am and 6pm - to keep delivery costs down we may not be able to offer an alternative, please email us if you are unsure.
All stock items will be delivered within a maximum of 15 working days of your order being processed, although this is normally much quicker . Please see individual item pages in the online store for order times if they are not in stock, all delivery lead times are always quoted in working days.
Having over 70 years experience we know best than to try and rush something out on an overnight courier. We take a little longer, but can guarantee a superior service and to get the item to you in perfect condition!
Please be aware that deliveries to Ireland and remote areas eg. Scottish Highlands may take slightly longer. carries an additional 10 working day lead time for all items (excluding bed linen).
Basic terms and conditions of our free national delivery service
Customers are advised when accepting items to have protective sheets available as the goods being delivered may have transferred through a number of warehouses and vehicles. Also, try to take down any items such as picture frames or ornaments that may be obstructing the path of the delivery drivers pathway. Neither we or our couriers can accept liability for any damage to fixtures, fittings and building structure while inside your home, any consequent damage should fall under the customer's household insurance. Our couriers cannot move or arrange existing items to make way for newly delivered ones.
Our couriers may be able to dispose of your old bed with our free national delivery service for a charge, please email us for details. If we are not able to help, some councils or charities may recycle unwanted items free of charge, but please contact your local council for further details.
Some items will be delivered straight to you, fresh from the manufacturer's factory. This direct service with the company making your mattress or bed will shorten the distance your items will travel, part of our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint as a company.
The timeframes for delivery on products not in stock are dependant on our suppliers and are given in the best faith and as accurately as possible. In the rare case of an extended delivery period, we will inform you of any delays on your order time via email or telephone.
Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery from our warehouse to your home so that your goods can pass through our quality control process and be checked for any visible defects. Also note that the times we give are only a guide and may vary slightly depending on the time of year.
Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle, therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads. This is to help us deliver your order successfully and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and may be chargeable. In order to prevent damage to our courier's vehicles, unadopted roads will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Safe alternative routes must be provided by the customer.
