The Baker Furniture Austin sleigh bedstead is a real showpiece combining traditional design, the rustic charm of reclaimed wood and a unique modern twist. Featuring a tall headboard and footboard, the frame is curved in a true sleigh bedstead style. The Austin bedstead offers recessed styling and is finished in a stunning dark stain.
The bedstead is made using reclaimed and recycled solid wood which has been certified by the forestry stewardship council (FSC). The wood is given a new lease of life with a warm and silky sundried heat finish.
The Baker Furniture Austin sleigh bedstead is available to order with a stunning range of bedroom furniture consisting of a wall mirror, 3 drawer bedside table, blanket chest, 7 drawer tall chest, 4 drawer chest, 8 drawer wide chest and a choice of small and large wardrobe options.
The re-purposed wood gives new life to the otherwise discarded material, with each piece of furniture being unique in patina and grain, showing the marks of previous use and ageing. The subtle scratches, cracks and colour variation makes each piece one of a kind. The overall finish is created by hand polishing and brushing each piece with high quality environmentally friendly oils to create or enhance a genuine aged patina.
The Baker Furniture Austin bed frame will be delivered into your room of choice completely free of charge.* The mattress and accessories pictured are extra.
