How safe is shopping online with Jones and Tomlin?

It is vitally important to us that you can give us your personal and payment details over the internet in complete confidence. We have invested in the best site security available, Worldpay which gives our customers all the protection and assurance you need to make any transactions online or give personal information privately and securely. What types of payment do you take?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Solo. On larger orders we can accept bank transfers, please contact us for further information.

Do you accept non-UK based debit and credit cards?

Not via our automated online payment system, but we can normally accept non UK registered credit or debit cards over the telephone. If you would like to make a purchase using a non-UK card, please call us on 01903 228911 to place an order manually.

I don't want to enter my details online, what other options do you have?

This isn't a problem, we can process a card payment over the phone. Feel free to call us on 01903 228911 to discuss other options.

Do your prices include V.A.T?

Yes, all of our prices include UK V.A.T at 20%.

Can I get the VAT off my adjustable bed?

Yes, please refer to our adjustable beds buying guide to see if you are elligible for VAT exemption.

Do you offer any credit options?

No, at Jones and Tomlin we aim to deliver high quality products at the lowest possible price. We do not inflate our prices to offer interest free credit.

How do I return an item?

That depends on the circumstance of what product and why you are returning it. Please refer to our returns policy for detailed information.

How do I cancel an order?

Please inform us as quickly as you can via telephone or email so that we can help you through the easy cancellation process. Please be aware that time constraints will apply.

What happens if I change my mind with what I've ordered?

If for any reason you change your mind or are unhappy with the products you have purchased from our online store, you can notify us in writing or email before delivery, or within 7 working days of receiving the goods. This does not apply to items that have been taken out of their original sealed packaging or specially made orders (non-stock).

What do I do if I have a complaint with an online order?
