Once you have placed you order, we will automatically send you a confirmation email acknowledging your purchase. Then all you need to do is sit back and wait for a phone call from our office to organise a suitable day and timeslot for us to deliver. Our experienced delivery team will take all items into the room of choice. Assembly of all divans, mattressses, frames and adjustable beds is chargeable, please email for more details.
And not to mention your old mattress or bed will be taken away and recycled completely free of charge*, a service that many of our competitors will charge between £30 - £60 for. Most companies won't even offer this service, let alone for free! Please click here for further information on our local recycling service.

The timeframes for delivery on products not in stock are dependant on our suppliers and are given in the best faith and as accurately as possible. Also note that the times we give are only a guide and may vary slightly depending on the time of year. In the rare case of an extended delivery period, we will always inform you of any delays on your order time via email or telephone.
Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle weighing approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height of 14’ 3". Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads. This is to help us deliver your order successfully and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and may be chargeable. In order to prevent damage to our courier's vehicles, unadopted roads will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Safe alternative routes must be provided by the customer.
